The room and hotel were spotlessly clean and the staff at check-in were very friendly. The bed was incredibly comfortable, ensuring a great night's sleep. The breakfast options were delicious and satisfying. The hotel also had a pool and hot tub, which my friends and I thoroughly enjoyed.

We stayed at a hotel in Wisconsin, and we were excited to explore Madison, Wisconsin. The location was great, situated in a nice area of town. The room was clean and spacious, perfect for our needs. The bathroom was well-maintained, and the service provided by the front desk staff was helpful and responsive. Although breakfast lacked healthier options, it did have a variety of choices like waffles and cereal. we enjoyed our stay.

The check-in process was a bit of a hassle, as our room keys didn't work initially and we had to make a trip to the front desk.

Great dining with fresh food, attentive staff. Bar with fresh popcorn, pool with warm water for kids. Helpful staff and quiet rooms. Convenient location and friendly breakfast area.

The room was cool & huge together with a sofa sleeper as well as comfortable furnishings.

The hotel was a great base for enjoying a very nice area. The location near Warner dog park and Lake Menona, Madison, and the airport was convenient. The room I was offered with 2 queen beds was fine. I loved the central location.

Nice remodeling. Spacious king suite. Good value for money. Nice refrigerator and microwave. Nice bar and breakfast area. Reasonable price for accommodations

The beds were comfortable and the room was neat and clean. The check-in desk staff were helpful and accommodating, especially when we had issues with our rooms and credit cards. They even provided us with extra towels, which was a nice touch.

The hotel was difficult to locate at night, with poor signage and inadequate lighting outside. The check-in process was problematic, with the first staff member unable to find our reservation.

It has both accommodating and affable staff. The location is magnificent and unbeatable, 2 miles from East Towne Mall.

I had a fantastic stay at this hotel near the airport. The location was super convenient as it was close to everything in the city, including the water. The hotel facilities were top-notch and the cleanliness was impressive. The staff were friendly and made me feel welcome. Additionally, the breakfast offered a wide variety of options and was delicious.

The complimentary breakfast was decent and filling, with a variety of options to choose from. The location was convenient, close to shops and restaurants. The pool was a nice bonus for relaxing after a day of exploring.

The cleanliness of the hotel was not up to par. The bathroom had not been properly cleaned when I arrived and it took multiple reports to the front desk to resolve the issue. Additionally, the staff seemed friendly but ineffective in addressing problems. Tables at breakfast were not always clean and some items were not replenished in a timely manner.
